We are following the State of Idaho's phased vaccine schedule to determine who can currently be vaccinated.
To schedule your COVID-19 vaccine

You must schedule an appointment. We are not taking walk-ins at this time. Thank you for your patience with us.
Fill out COVID-19 Immunization Consent Form at the Pharmacy when you show up for your appointment. If you have insurance, please bring your insurance card.
Show up to your appointment at your scheduled time, if you need to cancel, please call
(208) 742-DRUG or reschedule through the email confirmation sent when appointment was scheduled.

Please be aware that vaccine supply is limited, and it is possible that our pharmacy may run out of vaccine at any time. We will do our best to notify you if your appointment needs to be rescheduled. Your patience during this time is greatly appreciated.
